For me, Eyes Closed is probably the top gem of 2020 in dnb! And what a surpruse - it's on my already-beloved DIVIDID. Btw, that label is really something - personally, it feels like the new VISION ;)

Noisia style neurofunk meets glitch hop, IDM, jazz, world, ambient, elevator music, and who knows what else. This amalgam of genres has no right to work, but KOAN Sound somehow pulled it off, creating perhaps one of the most innovative albums ever. Every song is fantastic, either being a banger, atmospheric, emotive, or all three at once.
